TSC Surveying, PLLC  provides land surveying services for North Carolina. TSC Surveing was formed as a compliment company of  MidAtlantic Surveying & Land Design, combined both firms has over 50 years of surveying experience among our highly qualified staff. Our primary goal is providing each client efficient, accurate, quality service in a timely manner at a highly competitive cost. 

TSC Surveying, PLLC began in January 2008 as a buyout of a branch office of another surveying firm. We run up to 6 crews simultaneously. We use the latest in surveying technology to ensure efficient and accurate data collection for boundary, construction, and topographical surveys and provide our staff with training and education to utilize the technology to its fullest.  

Repeatability.  Cross training of field and office standards,  real time data transmission for checks and adjustment,  continuing education for every member of the TSC Surveying team provides our clients with a solid foundation for their projects.
